What you'll do

It has full responsibility to support inventory accuracy and material management. Primarily a strategic position, the Lead Material Flow Expert directly supports key strategic objectives by leading and directing the business process to provide high customer satisfaction while meeting or exceeding internal business unit goals and objectives.

• Supervise and coordinate the Bussmann Cycle Counting team to assure full attainment in the ABS counts annual target.
• Managing the team effectively to increase the plant accuracy through continuous improvement fundamentals.
• Interfaces with other plant departments as required maintaining inventory accuracy and optimizing material flow.
• Works with production planners with Kanban systems, consignment programs and cycle counts.
