You will be responsible for the end-to-end title process, from performing comprehensive title searches and examinations to issuing commitments and final policies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Alabama real estate law, including the Alabama Title Insurance Act, and will ensure all transactions are conducted with the highest level of accuracy and regulatory compliance.
