Essential Responsibilities
Supervises behavioral health team members by providing performance evaluations, training, guidance, and support for patient care. Ensures compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
Implements and aids in developing programs and initiatives to enhance the quality of behavioral health services. Monitors and evaluates program effectiveness and makes necessary adjustments.
