Schedule: Monday to Friday, flexibility on which 3-4 days a week you are working as long as days every week days are consistent

Provide patient care in a skilled nursing facility by conducting rounds in their short-term units

Conduct documentation at home with Provided iPad laptop within 48 hours of seeing patient

Perform assessments and therapy sessions

Collaborate with facility staff to enhance patient care

Ensure timely and accurate documentation
