Location: Mendham, NJ 07945 
Term: contract 9 weeks'
Shift: 7am - 3pm & 11pm - 7am (Five Days in a week includes EOW) 
Start: ASAP  
REQUIRED:  
Must be licensed as a Practical Nurse. 
Min 1 -2 year of (LPN) experience in rehab or skilled nursing facility will be preferred . 
Must work every other weekend. 
RESPONSIBILITIES:  
Managed patient care through closely monitoring respiration, blood pressure, O2 stats and blood glucose levels. 
Administered controlled narcotics, also general medication, inserted IVs and performed catheterizations. 
Educated clients, patients and caregivers on medical diagnoses, treatment options, chronic disease Self- management and wound management.
