Duties and Responsibilities – Company Nurse (OHNAP Certified)

• Provide primary nursing care, first aid treatment, and emergency medical assistance to employees, guests, and visitors as needed.
• Assess, document, and monitor work-related and non-work-related illnesses, injuries, and medical concerns.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments within the scope of nursing practice and company policies.
• Maintain and update employees' medical records, health files, and treatment logs while ensuring confidentiality of medical information.
• Conduct pre-employment, annual, return-to-work, and other required health assessments and medical monitoring activities.
• Monitor employee health conditions and provide recommendations regarding fitness for work, work restrictions, and return-to-work clearances.
