$34-$36/hr + Benefits Location: Middletown, NY Schedule: Full-time - Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm Role Summary Our client is searching for a Licensed Practical Nurse which requires a combination of effective strategic thinking and relentless hands-on execution. This person will provide direct patient care in the outpatient wound care setting in collaboration with the supervising registered nurse (RN) and wound care provider as permitted by state scope of practice and hospital guidelines.
Key Result Areas Collaborates with physicians, RNs, HBO technicians, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
Contributes to the interdisciplinary plan of care in partnership with the RN and wound care provider.
Provides wound care in alignment with established clinical competencies, training standards, and evidence-based practices.
