Licensed Practical Nurse

The Licensed Practical Nurse provides high quality nursing services to community residents based on each resident's individual service plan and physician's orders. Responsible for the delivery of quality care by encouraging independence and ensuring each resident's physical, social, cultural, and intellectual well-being.

Department: Assisted Living & Memory Care

Shifts:

• Full-Time | 7 AM to 7:30 PM | 3x12s; 1 weekend day required
• Part-Time | 7 AM to 7:30 PM | 1-2 shifts; 1 weekend day required

Compensation: $36-$42/hour (depending on experience)

• Monitor residents' well-being in a general way and report any changes in condition to the appropriate associate/department immediately
