Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our clinical team. In this full-time role, you will work closely with Registered Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, and Physicians to provide high-quality patient care in a psychiatric or behavioral health setting. Responsibilities include assessing client needs, administering medications and injections, monitoring treatment plans, coordinating pharmacy and laboratory services, supporting admissions and discharges, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation. The LPN will also educate clients and families on medications, side effects, and treatment plans while ensuring compliance with infection control and medication safety standards.
