LPN - All Shifts Available Schedule

• Full Time, Part Time - Day/Evening rotation, Evening/Night Rotation or Evening or Nights.
• EOW and Holiday required
• Minimum 24 hours a week
• Must be able to start full shift orientation on a Tuesday or Thursday

Required Qualifications

• NY LPN Licensure
• BLS (AHA or RQI required)
• 1 year experience as LPN
• Experience serving in an LPN capacity at LTC Facility - 1 year required
