Description

Position Overview: This position is under direct supervision of the Director of Nursing and administrative supervision of the Regional/Service Director for ICF/MR. Is responsible for assisting the Director of Nursing and clinical staff in delivering services to the individuals. Is responsible for the safety and well being of all individuals living in the facilities

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Can be RN or LPN, work a minimum of 15 hours a week, Preferably with IDD experience

On call 24/7 for one week on a rotation, medication monitoring, response to incident reports, injuries, medical appointments (scheduling and attending), close contact with physicians and specialists
