We are looking for a licensed practical nurse to provide specialized and attentive care for a variety of clients at a personal care facility in Moultrie. You will be responsible for working in a timely manner, upholding the facility's expectations for cleanliness, and interacting with each client in a respectful and polite manner.
Responsibilities

• Ensure safety of individuals
• Administer medication as ordered
• Monitor mealtimes for safety
• Monitor, report, and record suspected side effects or change of condition
• Complete all necessary documentation
• Ensure home environment stays clean and orderly
• Report any concerns about individual's needs, site, or van to supervisor promptly
