Position Overview:

As a US Pharmacist - Pharmacy Operations & Training Specialist, you will serve as an internal subject matter expert on US pharmacy operations.

Work Schedule and Arrangement: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Pacific Time, Remote

Office Location : 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
US Pharmacy Industry Research

+ Conduct in-depth research on US pharmacy operations, including workflows, regulatory standards, staffing structures, and industry best practices.

+ Continuously stay updated on changes in US healthcare regulations, pharmacy systems, and operational models

 
Role Mapping and Process Design

+ Break down and define all key roles within a US pharmacy environment (e.g., Pharmacist in Charge, Staff Pharmacist, Pharmacy Technician, Pharmacy Clerk).
