Looking for a licensed Journeyman Plumber skilled in commercial construction. Must be proficient in commercial plumbing, new construction services, and other ground-up projects including restaurants, retail, corporate offices, medical facilities, and much more. Lead a team and perform all duties for all stages of the jobs from the ground up.

Responsibilities:

• Commercial plumbing installation from Building stack out to multi-story building plumbing and large mechanical rooms.
• Read and interpret plans and building specifications.
• Use of copper, cast Iron, PVC, CPVC, PEX, and other piping.
• Install grease traps, oil interceptors, lint interceptors, and all utility hookups.
• Install water, gas, sewer, and grease lines.
• Set all fixtures and plumbing per plans.
• Involve cutting, threading, fitting pipes, valves, and caulking.
