a. Qualifications

• Must be a Registered and Licensed Architect (PRC licensed).
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in architectural design and construction supervision.
• Strong experience in architectural planning, detailing, and project coordination.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design or rendering software (e.g., Lumion, Enscape, or VRay).
• Knowledgeable in construction methods, materials, and building standards in the Philippines.
• Experience in site supervision, project coordination, and contractor management.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
