Were looking for a Licensed Architect who wants to step out of the traditional firm model and take a more hands-on role in shaping projects from concept through construction.
As part of our in-house Development Services team, youll work across a diverse portfolio of commercial, residential, and office projects, with the opportunity to stay involved from early design through final build. This is a role for someone who enjoys both the creative and technical sides of architecture and wants to see their work come to life.
What You'll Do
Develop and present schematic designs for new construction and renovation projects
Create drawings and visual materials to communicate design concepts and options
Partner with internal teams and external consultants to integrate code, zoning, ADA, structural, and MEP requirements
Contribute to and help coordinate the preparation of construction documentation
Select materials and systems aligned with project goals, budgets...
