Job Title: Library Aide

Starting Rate: $11.90 per hour

Location / Department: Winters Bellbrook Community Library

Reports to: Youth Services Librarian

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Hours: Variable, 10-20 hours per week (schedule includes daytime, evening and weekend hours)

Job Objective

To promote the mission and values of the Greene County Public Library. To carry out objectives and goals of the strategic plan to better serve the community. To perform routine shelving and organizing of materials. To perform basic repair of materials.

Requirements
Essential Job Functions


+ Organizes and shelves library materials.



+ Pulls requested library materials from shelves



+ Files magazines.



+ Organizes magazine collection.



+ Maintains orderly appearance shelves



+ Cleans, recovers, and makes minor repairs to library materials.
