LETTERSHOP SPECIALIST JOB DESCRIPTION
STANDARD HOURS: Monday - Friday from 12 noon to 8:30 p.m.
Position Overview: The Lettershop Specialist is responsible for producing specialized print and mailing projects in accordance with customer specifications, quality standards, and departmental procedures. This role involves operating and maintaining a range of print equipment-including laser printers, inkjet printers, Xanté machines, Riso printers, and other essential machinery-while performing routine maintenance to ensure consistent, high-quality output. The Lettershop Specialist also helps manage and prioritize daily workloads to meet deadlines efficiently and productively. Success in this role requires strong teamwork, effective communication, and a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
