36.25 hours per week. We have a fantastic opportunity for a legal support assistant to join our Clinical Negligence Department based at our Hereford office.

Responsibilities

• Assist lawyers by providing administrative support and some legal work on cases
• Communicate with existing and potential clients, taking initial claims information
• Work under supervision on various aspects of a file
• Prepare electronic files and documents
• Communicate with clients regarding their claims
• Use a high degree of self‑management and initiative, maintaining a highly professional, efficient, confidential and friendly service

Qualifications

• Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
• Experience of working in a busy and professional team‑orientated environment
• Previous legal experience preferable, but not essential
