Our client is an international law firm and they are looking for a Legal Secretary to cover Maternity Leave for 6 months.

The Role

• Provide secretarial and administrative support to a Partner and Associates
• Draft correspondence and prepare documents in house-style format
• Assist monthly billing process and calculation on a timely basis, ensure the expense and reimbursement posting is submitted on time
• Perform conflict searches and complete all new client / matter opening processes
• Assist with obtain and researching client information and data, and prepare presentation decks
• Organize schedules and appointments, assist complex travel arrangement and accommodations or visas
