Owen Reed is looking for a Legal PA to join the Finance team within a top international law firm in London.
Hybrid: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home.
9:30am – 5:30pm (flexibility required in line with business needs).
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Legal PA within a busy Finance practice of a leading international law firm. This role will support a small group of Partners and fee earners, and the Legal PA will be responsible for delivering high‑level administrative, organisational and financial support. The Legal PA will play a key role in managing demanding workloads during financial close periods, and will ensure the smooth running of Partner practices at all times. The Legal PA will operate in a fast‑paced, detail‑focused environment, and will be expected to demonstrate strong initiative, accuracy and professionalism.
