Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior Legal leaders, including calendar management, meeting coordination and preparation of agendas and materials
Handle correspondence, travel, expenses and document management
Support contract and document workflows, coordinate signatures and maintain electronic repositories
Assist with engagement, learning and communication activities including trainings, newsletters and internal events
Maintain distribution lists, onboarding materials and SharePoint/Teams structures
Act as a point of contact for facility and IT requests and manage mail, courier shipments and general admin tasks
Contribute to process improvements within Legal Operations
Competences
Several years of administrative experience, ideally in a legal department or law firm
