A London-based law firm is seeking an Operations Assistant to join the business in a newly created role, supporting the Operations Manager in the day-to-day running of the firm across multiple office locations.
This is a varied position focused on operational coordination, process support, and ensuring consistency across offices.
The Role
You’ll play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the firm’s offices and internal operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting day-to-day operations across multiple office locations, working closely with reception and administration teams
- Assisting in maintaining consistent office standards, processes, and procedures
- Coordinating office maintenance issues and liaising with internal teams and external service providers
- Supporting office resourcing, supplies, and ordering processes
- Maintaining supplier records and assisting with procurement and renewals
