This function provides legal support for the Mexican affiliate, in coordination with the Americas Legal Team. The role assists various business departments in the negotiation, structuring and execution of the Company’s commercial arrangements in a highly regulated environment. It is responsible for all aspects of the legal function in Mexico, providing day‑to‑day and strategic legal support for labor and employment, tax, intellectual property, data protection, compliance, risk management, corporate secretarial and corporate governance matters to ensure the continued and sustainable growth of the Company in Mexico.
