Responsibilities

• Reviewing, drafting, and redlining commercial contracts and NDAs
• Supporting regulatory and compliance research
• Assisting with vendor and partner agreements
• Maintaining contract trackers and legal MIS
• Conducting ad hoc legal research and preparing notes

Requirements

• Recently completed an LLB/LLM program
• Strong drafting and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Genuine interest in corporate/commercial law
