Responsibilities - Support the Legal Team in reviewing, drafting, and organizing commercial contracts and legal documentation.
- Conduct legal research on UAE laws and regulations and prepare concise summaries.
- Assist with corporate governance and regulatory matters across the Middle East region.
- Support the preparation of legal presentations, reports, and internal guidance materials.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and legal colleagues while gaining practical experience.
Qualifications - Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) or equivalent at a university in the UAE.
