JOB TITLE: Legal Executive - Probate LOCATION: Berkshire (Hybrid – 3 days on-site, 2 days from home) SALARY: £35K- - £60K (DOE) THE ROLE: We’re looking for a Legal Executive with a minimum of one year’s Private Client / Probate experience to help deliver modern, efficient and empathetic probate and estate administration services. Managing your own caseload of probate matters, your role will include: Managing a varied caseload of probate and estate administration matters from instruction through to distribution. Providing expert legal advice on probate, inheritance tax and private client matters. Drafting and reviewing legal documents including IHT forms, grant applications and estate accounts. Ensuring compliance with probate law, SRA regulations and internal governance standards. Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues and paralegals.
