We’re looking for a skilled Legal Executive who can support our corporate legal operations and ensure smooth compliance across the business. Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents including contracts, vendor agreements, NDAs, MOUs, and employment-related documents. Support compliance with company law, labour laws, intellectual property, and other statutory regulations. Assist in maintaining company secretarial records, board resolutions, and meeting minutes. Liaise with external legal counsel, government bodies, and regulatory authorities as required. Provide legal support for marketing, branding, and vendor partnerships.
