**Legal Entity Controller, North America**

**US Based (Eastern/Central Time Zones)**

The Legal Entity Controller, North America is responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of financial reporting, monthly close activities, balance sheet integrity, and compliance with IFRS, internal controls, and local statutory requirements. This role partners closely with Finance Shared Services, FP&A, Operations, Tax, Treasury, and business stakeholders to ensure accurate financial results and continuous process improvement.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**_Financial Close & Reporting_**

+ Own the legal entity close process and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting for the US and Canada Legal Entities.
+ Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in coordination with Financial Shared Services (FSS).
