We are looking for a Legal Counsel with 5–8 years of experience to support our expanding European operations. The role focuses on procurement and commercial contracts, general corporate legal support, and cross-border coordination with Group headquarters in China.

This is a hands‑on in‑house position in a fast‑growing renewable energy sector, working closely with procurement, business and other cross‑functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide proactive, business-oriented legal support to the company’s operations and commercial activities in Europe with a focus in Spain, working closely with cross‑functional teams including procurement, engineering, project development, operations, sales, and management.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of procurement agreements, including EPC contracts; construction contracts, equipment and component procurement, warehouse service, logistics, transportation and services contracts.
