As a Legal Counsel, you will provide legal advice and support for commercial (and corporate as needed) matters in primarily Benelux, but also other EMEA countries as needed. You will be part of a team of experienced lawyers across the EMEA and you will report to the Head of Legal for Northern Europe. You will be primarily responsible for supporting the sales and services organizations and other business stakeholders, including decision makers in the organization.  

You will actively manage, draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements, particularly license and professional services agreements for commercial software products.
