Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including but not limited to sales contracts, vendor agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and service agreements.
Ensure that contracts comply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards, and revise contracts as necessary.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and legal counsels to ensure that final draft contracts are agreed upon by all parties, routed for approval, and executed in a timely manner.
Prepare and update inventory of contracts and agreements of the Company, ensuring that all contracts are accurately documented, stored, and easily accessible.
Maintain an updated contract tracker to ensure that all contracts are within Contract Management radar, and provide effective communications to all stakeholders about the status of all active contracts.
