Job Summary As part of the CIB Transaction Banking Legal Team, to provide legal support to the Key Business Stakeholders (see Job Responsibilities) with a particular focus on digital channels and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities - Provide legal support for key stakeholders within or supporting Transaction Banking including Cash Product, Trade Product, Digital Channels Solutions (DCS), Digital Channels, Data and Client Coverage Platforms (DDCP), and Strategic Partnerships (Key Business Stakeholders) globally.
- Develop and/or update global template agreements, ensuring they are fit for purpose, balanced, promote standardisation, simplification and meet minimum bank standards including relevant policies. Drive projects and global initiatives to update, streamline and simplify legal documentation and approval frameworks.
