Responsibilities

Legal Advisory & Business Support

• Provide efficient and knowledgeable legal support to internal business units.
• Advise cross-functional teams on legal matters including employment law, privacy and data protection, corporate governance, compliance, and risk management.
• Support business decision-making by identifying legal risks and proposing mitigation strategies.

Contract Drafting & Negotiation

• Draft, review, and negotiate various types of contracts, including procurement agreements, leases, R&D agreements, service agreements, NDAs, and other commercial contracts.
• Lead and support contract negotiations, coordinating with internal stakeholders (finance, tax, procurement, logistics, etc.).
