Overview

Julius Baer is looking for a motivated and experienced legal counsel to join the Legal Digital & Contracts team. The role focuses on advising and negotiating procurement contracts and other contractual engagements, and includes legal support for technology, operational innovation and digitisation projects.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate commercial contracts with suppliers and providers, including SaaS agreements, EULAs, Master Service Agreements, Work Orders and Statements of Work for onshore and offshore delivery.
• Provide continuous legal support and legal risk assessments to the Procurement function throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Maintain and further develop standard agreements such as the MSA and the General Purchasing Conditions to provide a stable and sound contractual basis for the business.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all contracts with suppliers and providers.
