You advise the business units of the group of companies in all legal matters in an independent and self-reliant manner;
You review and create contracts of all kinds, with a focus on IT- and data protection law;
You negotiate contracts with international customers and partners and evaluate their terms and conditions;
You assume responsibility for compliance matters including reviewing and implementing compliancepolicies;
You will manage the group's patent and trademark portfolio and handle other intellectual property-related tasks.
Your profile
You have legal experience in IT- and data protection laws on an international level and ideally also knowledge of corporate law and in the field of litigation;
You are characterized by a conscientious way of working, a solution-oriented way of thinking, negotiation skills and understanding of economic contexts;
