Job Description
Review and draft agreements to protect the operating units' legal interests and reduce exposure to legal or contractual risk.
Draft and vet responses to customer correspondence on behalf of the operating units.
Prepare documentation and reports related to ongoing legal matters.
Work with external counsel on litigation matters, including preparing or reviewing witness statements, statements of defence, and other court filings.
