Our client, a dynamic and highly acquisitive listed company, is seeking an M&A Legal Counsel to join their London-based legal team. Key Responsibilities:

• Advising on and managing M&A transactions from inception to completion, including due diligence, structuring, negotiation, and integration.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transaction documents, including SPAs, shareholder agreements, NDAs, and other corporate agreements.
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders, external counsel, and advisors to ensure smooth execution of deals.
