Act as a key interface with external lawyers

Support HR and management with strategic legal guidance

Draft legal opinions and contribute to decision-making processes

Work on individual cases and complex HR issues

Participate in transversal projects and knowledge-sharing initiatives

Master's degree in Belgian Law

From 5 years of experience in employment/social law

Strong interest or experience in litigation and HR advisory

Knowledge of administrative law is a strong asset

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to influence stakeholders and provide strategic advice

Dutch fluent + professional level of French
