Alpago Group is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to provide legal support across its Design & Build, Manufacturing, and related business units. The role will support the business by managing legal risk, advising on contracts and compliance matters, and ensuring alignment with UAE laws and regulations while enabling commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities - Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on a wide range of contracts including Design & Build contracts, subcontracts, consultancy agreements, supply agreements, NDAs, and MOUs.
- Provide legal advice to management, commercial, project, and procurement teams on contractual rights, obligations, and risk exposure.
- Support tendering activities by reviewing contractual terms, risk allocations, and deviations.
