Responsibilities
Provide day‑to‑day legal support across all company business lines and products.
Advise on commercial and operationally relevant matters to support growth.
Support operations worldwide with an emphasis on product compliance and consumer matters.
Report directly to Lead Counsel.
Draft and negotiate B2B and B2C commercial contracts, production contracts, and terms and conditions.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external legal advisors to prioritise and manage complex legal reviews.
Prepare and revise templates and legal guides.
Prioritise work based on company strategy and objectives.
