We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Legal & Contracts Professional to oversee legal coordination, contract governance, and dispute management for the organization. The ideal candidate will work closely with external legal advisors and internal stakeholders to ensure all contracts, agreements, and company documents are legally sound, compliant, and protected against potential risks or loopholes.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with external legal teams and lawyers on ongoing legal matters, disputes, and court‑related documentation.
• Review, draft, and vet contracts, agreements, MOUs, vendor agreements, tenancy contracts, NDAs, employment‑related agreements, and commercial documents.
