Lead and manage complex corporate transactions for Blackstone’s funds and portfolio companies, including public and private mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and minority equity investments.
Review and negotiate transaction and financing documentation.
Advise on transaction‑related legal, structuring and regulatory matters and ensure ongoing compliance with applicable laws and regulations (e.g., antitrust, foreign direct investment, financial regulatory, securities laws).
Liaise with finance, operations, tax, fund and compliance teams on matters throughout the investment cycle from diligence through closing, ongoing asset‑management activities and exit.
Supervise and coordinate with external counsel on transactions.
Coordinate the legal due diligence process.
Provide input to investment committee materials and manage transaction approval processes.
