Minimum requirements:
Qualifications:
Matric
Qualifications in Business Administration or Accounts Management for Legal Accounting.
B.com degree will be an added advantage.

Experience:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a legal bookkeeper at a law firm.
Experience in managing and reconciling Business bank accounts.
Office Bookkeeping: daily processing of management statements into Pastel.
Business account: daily processing of bank statements into pastel and reconciliation of Creditors.
Financial statements preparation/year ends: preparing working papers to be Audited.
VAT/ EMP/ITR12/14: compilation of reports and submitting to SARS
CIPC Annual Returns submissions
Monthly reporting and reconciliations
Creditors/Debtors age analysis reporting
