Totum Partners is delighted to be working with a leading law firm to recruit a Legal Biller. This is a 12‑month FTC maternity cover position, hybrid with three days in the office and two days from home . Legal experience and legal billing within a law firm are essential for this role.

The Legal Biller will be responsible for

• :Managing all billing duties, including preparing bills and client invoice
• sClient and matter onboardin
• gProcessing time and cost adjustments as requested by the lawyer
• sPosting of client receipt
• sUploading and posting supplier invoices and payment
• sManagement of accounts payable, including professional disbursement balance
• sAll aspects of client money accounting, including posting receipts and payments against client matters and ensuring compliance with SRA rule
