Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, redline, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements including: Master Service Agreements (MSAs) Statements of Work (SOWs) Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) Software License Agreements SaaS Agreements and Vendor Contracts Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws and internal policies. Provide legal support for business transactions, client engagements, and cross-functional operations. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Delivery, Compliance) to manage contractual risks and close deals efficiently. Assist in contract lifecycle management and maintaining the legal contract repository. Support due diligence, legal research, and regulatory compliance initiatives relevant to the IT/Tech sector. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
