Our client has an exciting opportunity for a full time experienced, Legal Assistant to join their ambitious, energetic and expanding Commercial Property Business Unit.

The position is integral to the smooth running of the Commercial Property Unit. You will need to be able to prioritise tasks for and manage expectations with the fee earners in the team. You will be working primarily with the Commercial Property Team and will need to assist other units when necessary.

Duties to include (but not limited to)

• Submission of online property searches

• Land Registry applications

• Completion of stamp duty land transaction returns

• Assistance with quality and compliance matters
