As part of HBX Legal’s Litigation & Insurance team, you will manage disputes and claims across jurisdictions, coordinate external counsel, and partner with internal stakeholders to mitigate risk and deliver efficient outcomes within a collaborative, team-based environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage litigation and pre‑litigation matters, ensuring consistent strategy, escalation, and communication.
Draft and negotiate settlement agreements, legal notices, and dispute‑related documentation.
Coordinate and oversee external counsel and advisors, ensuring quality, cost control, and timely delivery.
Lead insurance claims handling, including notifications, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
Partner with internal teams to resolve disputes early and improve processes.
