The job of an academic is challenging but meaningful. Not only will s/he have both the knowledge and working experience, s/he must also possess a passion for working with youths and adult learners. There will be opportunities to develop curriculum, introduce new courses as well as be involved in consultancy and applied industry/research projects. Administrative work related to teaching and School/Institutional strategic initiatives will also be an important part of the job.
