About the role

We are seeking a Lecturer or Senior Lecturer in Organisational Psychology. You will teach across the curriculum, supervise postgraduate students, and build a research programme that connects with the School’s strength in well‑being at work. Candidates with expertise in selection and assessment, leadership and change, and training and development are especially desirable.
